Duo Amie will perform works by Chopin, Schubert, Tchaikovsky, and Shostakovich at the First Religious Society in Carlisle, 27 School Street, Carlisle, MA, at 4:00 pm on Sunday April 23 2017. The concert will feature lyrical and virtuostic favorites, including Chopin’s Nocturne in E flat Major, Mendelssohn’s Song Without Words, Schubert’s Fantasie in f minor (arranged for cello and piano by Laszlo Varga), Tchaikovsky’s Pezzo Capriccioso, and Shostakovich Cello Sonata, and is open to all.
